Kiko Goat
Lean and mild — closer to good lamb than most people expect. Kids are raised on pasture with their does and finished on grass and browse.
Whole animal
Bone-in cuts, or ask for it broken down into legs, shoulders, loin, ribs and stew.
Half animal
The usual first order. Fits a single freezer drawer.
Goat availability follows the kidding season, so most orders are filled from late summer through the winter. Halal and specific cut requests can usually be accommodated through the abattoir — tell us up front.
