Fine-grained, well-marbled beef from cattle that take their time. Whole, half and quarter shares.

Lean, mild goat from pasture-raised Kikos. Whole and half animals, cut to your order.

1. Send an enquiry with what you're after and roughly how much freezer space you have.
2. We confirm availability and a processing date, and take a deposit.
3. You choose your cut sheet; the abattoir cuts, wraps and freezes to it.
4. Pickup at the farm in Brant. Balance due on pickup, priced on hanging weight.
